The coating is PFAS-free. The casserole is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, as well as grill and oven use.
Preheat over low or medium heat with a small amount of oil or fat, avoiding prolonged heating while empty.
The piece is dishwasher-safe, although hand washing with warm water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge helps preserve the coating. Allow it to cool before washing and avoid thermal shock, blades, and impacts on the surface. Oven use is rated up to 288°C.
