What sets one piece apart from another

Material and depth decide the cooking:

Enamelled cast iron. It heats slowly and holds the heat long after leaving the oven.
Enamelled stoneware. It spreads heat without hot spots, browns evenly and goes to the table with the colour of the china.
Shallow. It browns more and evaporates quickly, for gratins and roasted vegetables.
Deep. For preparations with liquid and sauce that must not dry out.
Ramekins. Individual portions that go from the oven to the table, for crème brûlée, soufflé and starters.
Prep tools. Spatulas, whisks and brushes in silicone, nylon and wood, matched to the pan you own.

Beyond the dish size, check the clear height of the oven shelf — a cake rises and touches the roof. Ask us and we will confirm the fit. Message us on WhatsApp and we will check it with you, then follow the order through to delivery.
