A buffet is the format where the food is on display and people help themselves — so the piece has to take topping up, be carried full and still look right after two hours on the table. This is the largest Riva section: salad bowls, dessert stands, chafing dishes, platters and fruit bowls in 18/10 stainless steel with glass and silver and gold plating.
