Napkin Rings

The detail that says the table was set

A napkin ring is the smallest piece on a table and the one that most reveals intent: a folded napkin is routine, a napkin in a ring is a set table. Our selection is in stainless steel and metal, with pieces in silver plate, ceramic, stone, gold and glass, from our own lines and from Riva and Le Creuset.

What sets one ring apart from another

It is a small piece, so material and subject do all the work:

  • Stainless steel and metal. A plain, discreet ring that works on any table and does not compete with the china.
  • Silver and gold. They pull candlelight and give the table formality — for an evening dinner.
  • With a subject. A flower, a leaf, an animal: the ring becomes the colour accent of a neutral table.
  • Stone and ceramic. Texture and weight, for a table with a linen cloth and handmade china.
  • In sets. Six or eight identical is the standard; alternating two subjects by place also works.
  • The opening. It has to take a fabric napkin, which is far thicker than paper.

Need help choosing?

Check the internal diameter against the napkin you use: a tight ring forces you to over-fold and ruins the presentation. Message us on WhatsApp and we will check it with you, then follow the order through to delivery.
