• Individual portion. It goes from oven to table without transferring, keeping the dish hot to the end.
• With a lid. It arrives closed at the table and the opening becomes part of the service.
• Stoneware or cast iron. Stoneware is lighter; iron holds the heat longer.
• In sets. One per place, and different colours help identify each person's dish.

A mini cocotte comes out of the oven very hot and is served by hand — the trivet or charger stops being optional. Message us on WhatsApp and we will check it with you, then follow the order through to delivery.
