• Stone and leather. Texture you notice when you pick it up — for the piece that lives on a coffee table and gets handled.
• With a purpose. Card holders, key trays and small boxes solve a specific mess and remain objects.
• Purely decorative. When the piece only fills the gap between two larger volumes — which is exactly its job.
• In groups. A small piece alone disappears; in a group of two or three at different heights it becomes a composition.
