Baking Pans & Molds

What sets one tin apart from another

Coating and shape decide the result:

• Nonstick. It turns out without sticking, which is what is most missed with a tall cake.
• Loose base. It solves tarts and cakes that break when turned over.
• Stoneware. It browns evenly and goes to the table without transferring.
• Tall or shallow ring. Tall for a cake that rises; shallow for a tart and a roast that needs to brown.

Need help choosing?

Beyond the tin size, check the clear height of your oven shelf — a cake rises and touches the roof. Message us on WhatsApp and we will check it with you, then follow the order through to delivery.
