• With tongs. It comes with the serving piece from the same line, avoiding the mismatch at a buffet.
• Glass with metal. Glass takes the food and steel gives the structure — easy to wash and no interference with taste.
• 18/10 stainless steel. It does not stain with lemon or tomato, which is the real requirement of a salad bowl.
